Snoring & Sleep Apnea

Collin County Ear Nose and Throat aims to offer the full spectrum of treatment for patients with snoring or obstructive sleep apnea, not just medication or destructive surgical procedures.

All physicians within the practice are board certified to treat sleep-disordered breathing, including snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. We employ patient and bed-partner questionnaires, office endoscopic examination, and sleep studies (polysomnography) to put together a personal treatment plan that resonates with a patient’s history and treatment goals.

All 3 physicians have extensive experience in managing sleep-disordered breathing. Most treatments are non-invasive or minimally-invasive office procedures, however, as surgeons, we are also able to provide surgical intervention when necessary, distinguishing us from other sleep physicians.

The physicians have all taken additional training in cutting-edge techniques such as the Pillar Procedure and Coblation-assisted turbinate reduction, as well as the scoring and interpretation of sleep studies or polysomnograms.

As a very unique convenience for our patients, we also have a sleep dentist, Dr. Allen Sprinkle, DDS, who sees patients in our Frisco office each Friday. Dr. Sprinkle has been in practice for many years, and is trained in fashioning over 90 dental appliances to help with snoring, chronic facial pain, and obstructive sleep apnea.
